How do we work?

We’ll establish your requirements and ask for your paperwork (bank statements, invoices, receipts). We use the latest technology to work virtually and electronically, meaning we reduce the need for paper – and travel.

How do we charge?

You decide the level of support you require and we’ll agree on a fee. Our fees are based on the services you need, the size of your business and the volume of transactions. This is reviewed regularly to ensure you are getting all the support and services you need.

What software do we use?

We use QuickBooks and Xero and are experts in both pieces of software. We also use Hubdoc, Autoentry, Brightpay and Modulr, and Zoom or Microsoft Teams to connect with you.

How secure is my financial and personal data?

We are registered with the ICO for Data Protection and all our data is backed very securely to the cloud. You never need to worry about your data falling into the wrong hands.
